Reservation Policy
The full payment is generally made in full at time of booking. tri byron bay has a no cancellation policy, therefore we strongly recommend guest take out travel insurance. However it is at tri's discretion to make any changes if possible.
All guest must abide to the terms and conditions. by booking online this acknowledges they have read and agreed to the terms and conditions.

Check in/Check out
Check in is 2pm and check out is at 10am, we try to where possible to accommodate early arrivals or late departures depending on other bookings.
Garbage/Cleaning
Guest must dispose of any rubbish and recycling in the allocated bins on departure. Guests are to leave the studios in a clean tidy state including cleaning all items used in the preparation of food and drinks.
Noise
Guest must keep noise to a minimum after 10pm and before 8am. Offensive noise may result in a charge of $200 if management are called or eviction and loss of rental paid.
Wifi
tri adopts a fair usage policy please restrict your usage to email and browsing and refrain from downloading or streaming of movies or music as this uses a great deal of data. We take no responsibility for disrupted or unavailable internet connection during your stay.
Parking
Each studio has designated parking numbered in accordance with the studio you are residing in.
Pets
Pets are not permitted on the property.
Laundry
No washing is to be left in the washing machine. The laundry is to be used between 8.30am and 6pm.
Smoking
All studios are no smoking, any residual smoke found in the property may incur in additional cleaning charges up to $200.
Parties
tri byron bay has a no party policy; any group booking must inform management prior to the nature of the group. Group booking are subject to a security bond prior to arrival.
Additional Charges
Additional charges will incur for the following; breakages, damage to the property, missing items, late departure, lost keys and extra cleaning including washing up and removal of excess rubbish.
Cancellation Policy
It is our policy that payment is made in full at time of booking. Cancellation and changes are not permitted. Management reserve the right to revoke or refuse any bookings which may in their opinion be unsuitable for the premises.
General
tri byron bay does not take any responsibility for any damage to guest vehicles or belongings. We recommend that possessions are securely locked away as we do not take responsibility for stolen goods.
